My Diploma is in Wellness and Relaxation, meaning I'm fully qualified to help relax your body's nerves and soft tissues with manipulation under my hands and forearms.
Through slow, calming strokes I can help you to reduce tight/tense muscles and make you feel as relaxed as possible.
Relaxation Massage can help to improve your sleep, calm the mind and reduce the effect
Deep tissue massage can be done during a relaxation massage if more focus work needs to be done on an area(s) that have more noticeable tension. This can often be due to large amounts of stress, studying habits, posture in your work environments or recreational activities.
With permission from the clients, we can add deep tissue to a relaxation massage and target tight areas to release tension.
This service allows clients' stress levels to be addressed through the relaxation of the mind and body. Clients work with the therapist to choose a relaxation technique that best suits them.
Choose from one of the following techniques and allow the body and mind to drift away from your worries.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Passive Relaxation Response
Sports and gym workouts can place extra demands on the body, often with little time for recovery and rest.
I am able to work on healthy sports people to release tension or soreness before, during or after their event or training sessions.
The aim of this massage is to assist in speeding up the recovery of muscles after a physical workout, reducing muscle fatigue and allowing you to return to your sport sooner.
